The Cellar & Folly tasting room and facility will be relocating in spring 2026! You can soon find us at 131 Genesee St in historic downtown auburn, NY.
Our York St location will be hosting its final evening on march 28th. The tasting room will be temporarily closed during our move, so follow us online for events and popups ahead of our grand reopening!

Our Story
Our tale began…well, it began as you might expect: in a hole in the ground.
What started in a basement as a routine whiskey and cheese night between friends grew into a passion for crafting quality spirits and forging new friendships. Established since 2022, Cellar & Folly has prided itself on bringing friends together through the joy of whiskey, and damn fine whiskey at that.
We hope each bottle finds you in the place we were that inspired us to start Cellar & Folly Whiskey Company: sharing good times over a nice tall glass of whiskey. Whether you’re in a basement or anywhere else.
